Base Rate: $75 load fee
Mileage Rate: $3 per mile*
Wait-time Fee: $45 per hour

Bariatric Wheelchair Transport

For riders over 250 lb

Base Rate: $80 load fee
Mileage Rate: $3 per mile*
Wait-time Fee: $45 per hour

*Additional Holiday Mileage Rate: $3–$5 per mile
