Frequently Asked Questions

Is your service only for medical appointments?
Not at all! While we specialize in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), we’re happy to provide wheelchair transportation for any purpose – airports, social events, shopping, or any other destination.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and check payments.
Does Medicare cover wheelchair transportation?
Medicare doesn’t cover non-emergency wheelchair transportation services unless medically necessary and pre-approved.
Part B will only help if an ambulance is medically necessary. For example, you’re wheelchair-bound and your doctor certifies that any other vehicle would endanger your health. In that case, Medicare treats it as an ambulance claim, and you pay the Part B deductible plus 20% of the Medicare-approved amount. Check with Medicare for more information.
What types of vehicles are used?
Wheelchair transportation services in Miami, Florida, typically utilize modern vehicles such as the Toyota Sienna Hybrid, Ford Transit Connect, or Ford Transit van. These vehicles are designed to accommodate the needs of wheelchair users.
Do you provide ongoing transportation services?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling for recurring appointments such as dialysis or chemotherapy treatments. Explore our subscription plans for wheelchair transportation.
How far in advance should I schedule transportation?
While we can accommodate same-day requests when available, we recommend booking for guaranteed service 24-48 hours in advance.
