Wheelchair pickup fee at MCO: $75
Mileage: $3 per mile (from the airport to your Disney resort or park)
Included wait time: 30 minutes
Additional wait time: $75 per hour (only if we wait beyond the included 30 minutes)

How do we calculate your one-way price:

Total = $75 + ($3 × miles) + any extra wait time

Your actual miles depend on your specific resort; a manager will confirm the final price.

Where will I be picked up?

At the accessible pickup area of your arrival terminal. You will receive a message with details of the terminal, door and zone. Collect your bags and meet your driver at the curb. For return trips, pickup is at the main entrance of your resort. Contact us for more information.

Can I stay in my wheelchair during the ride?

Yes. You can stay seated and we'll secure your chair with a 4‑point system, or you can transfer to a seat if you prefer.

How many companions can ride with me?

Most vans seat 3 guests plus the wheelchair space. We'll confirm capacity during booking.

Will somebody be able to help me?

Yes, members of staff have experience assisting people with disabilities.

Do you take power wheelchairs and scooters?

Yes. Tell us the model or approximate size during booking so we can send the right vehicle.
